This study aims to determine factors related to compliance with workers' use of personal protective equipment. This research uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional study research design, to obtain factors related to compliance with the use of personal protective equipment among workers at PT. Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk 2024. The number of samples in this research was 40 field workers in 2024 at PT. Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. Based on the Chi-Square test analysis data, the research results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and compliance with the use of personal protective equipment for workers (p=0.007), availability of PPE (p=0.005) while attitude had no relationship with compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (p =0.263).
